Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 21 Jul 2026

The following is drawn from the ZAYUSH Healthcare Services Official Policy & Governance Handbook.

5.13 Cancellation Policy

Bookings may be cancelled through the Platform. Cancellations made before the cut-off time published on the Platform for the relevant service incur no charge; later cancellations, or failure to be present at the service address (“no-show”), may attract the cancellation charge published on the Platform. Where the Company or the professional cancels and no rescheduling is agreed, no cancellation charge applies to the patient.

6.5 Cancellation Policy

Cancellation rights, cut-off times, and applicable charges are published on the Platform per service category and form part of these General Terms. The Company reserves the right to cancel any booking affected by verification failure, safety concerns, professional unavailability, or suspected fraud, with refund of amounts paid for undelivered services.
