Consent Policy

5.10 Consent

By confirming a booking, the patient or authorised caregiver consents to the visit, to the per- formance of the booked service by the assigned professional, and to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy (Chapter 3). The professional will seek confirma- tion of consent before commencing any procedure, and the patient may withdraw consent at any time before or during the service, in which case the service will stop and charges will be determined per the cancellation policy.
