The following is drawn from the ZAYUSH Healthcare Services Official Policy & Governance Handbook.

6.1 Website Terms

Use of the website constitutes acceptance of these General Terms. The website provides informa- tion about the Company and its facilitated services, policy publication, and booking functionality. Content is provided for general information and booking purposes; the Company endeavours to keep content accurate and current but does not warrant that the website is uninterrupted or error-free. The Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue any website feature with or without notice.

6.2 Application Terms

The Android application is licensed to the user on a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable basis solely for personal, non-commercial use of the Platform. Users shall keep login credentials confidential, are responsible for activity under their accounts, and shall promptly report suspected unauthorised access. The Company may issue updates and may require the current version for continued use. Distribution of the application occurs only through official channels.

6.3 Payment Terms
  • All payments are processed through authorised payment methods and gateways; a receipt or

invoice is issued for every completed payment.

  • Applicable taxes are charged as required by law and shown in the payment summary.
  • The Company does not store full card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs, or banking passwords.
  • Chargebacks and payment disputes are handled with the relevant payment gateway and bank

under applicable payment regulations; the Company cooperates with lawful investigations.

6.4 Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by Section 5.14 for patient bookings. Refunds are made to the original payment method within the timeline published on the Platform after approval. Where the original method cannot receive a refund, an alternative lawful method will be agreed with the payer. The Company does not make cash refunds against digital payments.

6.5 Cancellation Policy

Cancellation rights, cut-off times, and applicable charges are published on the Platform per service category and form part of these General Terms. The Company reserves the right to cancel any booking affected by verification failure, safety concerns, professional unavailability, or suspected fraud, with refund of amounts paid for undelivered services.

6.6 Pricing Policy
  • Prices for facilitated services are published on or communicated through the Platform before

booking confirmation and are inclusive of the components disclosed in the payment summary.

  • Prices may vary by service category, duration, schedule, and location, and may be revised

prospectively; revisions do not affect confirmed bookings except by agreement.

  • The Company does not engage in opportunistic surge pricing on grounds of patient distress.
6.7 Service Limitations

The Platform facilitates only the planned, non-emergency home healthcare services listed in Chapter 1, within published service areas and hours. The Platform does not facilitate emergency care, hospital-grade procedures, surgical interventions, anaesthesia, childbirth services, dispens- ing of medicines, or diagnostic testing (sample collection is conveyed to third-party laboratories). Availability of any service is subject to verified demand, professional availability, and safety assessment.

6.9 Intellectual Property and Copyright

All content on the Platform — including the ZAYUSH name, brand, logo, tagline, software, interface designs, protocols, documentation, text, and graphics — is owned by or licensed to the Company and protected under applicable intellectual property laws, including the Copyright Act,

1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. No right or licence is granted except the limited use rights expressly stated. Unauthorised reproduction, scraping, framing, or commercial exploitation of Platform content is prohibited.

6.10 Acceptable Use

Users shall not:

  • use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in breach of applicable law;
  • impersonate any person, misstate identity, or submit false bookings, documents, or prescrip-

tions;

  • harass, abuse, threaten, or defame any professional, patient, or Company personnel;
  • upload malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, probe, or disrupt Platform systems;
  • scrape, harvest, or misuse data of other users or professionals; or
  • use the Platform to solicit off-Platform engagements in breach of Chapters 4 and 5.
6.11 Fraud Prevention

The Company employs verification, transaction monitoring, and audit measures to prevent fraud, including fake bookings, identity misuse, payment fraud, refund abuse, and credential
